Important Information

Any mortgage or debt facility (hereafter referred to as a “debt solution”) secured against a property may be subject to repossession if repayments are not maintained. Bridging loans are short-term financial products secured against property or other assets. These types of loans carry increased risk and are generally suitable only for experienced borrowers and professional property investors who fully understand the obligations and risks associated with short-term finance. Please be aware that certain types of bridging finance are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and therefore do not benefit from the consumer protections offered under FCA regulation.

We are independent of all lenders, brokers, insurers, and other financial institutions that we may introduce, refer, or connect you to. We do not provide financial advice, nor are we affiliated with, or responsible for, any advice, services, products, or representations made by third parties. Any commissions, fees, or payments received by Aura Capital or affiliated third parties will be disclosed prior to the completion of any transaction.

Aura Capital is committed to Treating Customers Fairly and complies with all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. All clients must pass our internal due diligence process. We reserve the right to request identification, proof of funds, and source of wealth documentation during the underwriting process. Aura Capital also reserves the right to decline to work with any client at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

By engaging with Aura Capital, the client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for selecting and entering into any mortgage or financial arrangement. It is the client’s responsibility to carry out their own due diligence and ensure they fully understand and accept the terms, risks, and implications of any financial solution selected.
