Important Information

Aura Capital is committed to Treating Customers Fairly and complies with all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. All clients must pass our internal due diligence process. We reserve the right to request identification, proof of funds, and source of wealth documentation during the underwriting process. Aura Capital also reserves the right to decline to work with any client at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

By engaging with Aura Capital, the client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for selecting and entering into any mortgage or financial arrangement. It is the client’s responsibility to carry out their own due diligence and ensure they fully understand and accept the terms, risks, and implications of any financial solution selected.
